Your swimsuit will be mailed to you by priority mail from Ukraine within 10-14 days after the order was placed. Overall, shipping takes about 3 weeks.
We provide refunds for shipping errors only (i.e. orders lost or damaged in the mail). Any other returns are not accepted, unless the suit has a manufacturer’s flaw or unless it’s a custom order with measurements not matching measurements provided by the customer. In this case, we will create another swimsuit for you. Please email or call us with questions before ordering. We will work with you to resolve any issue that may arise. Your satisfaction with our swimsuits is very important to us!
